LLC has experienced researchers to conduct Legislative Histories onsite at the Legislative Reference Library and Minnesota Historical Society Library, at reasonable rates. This saves valuable staff time and effort in not having to leave the premises, so they can continue with their regular duties.

For libraries without a staff, LLC can conduct the full range of reference and research in law and non-law areas.

Planned layouts for main and regional library collections to meet firm and practice group requirements; reclassified titles as necessary. Planned work areas for library staff and research/study areas for users. Negotiated flat-rate Westlaw contract for firm.

Consulted with law firm Human Resources management re methods to increase library staff morale, modifications in job duties to enhance team effort, and better balance work demands. Consulted on improvements to empower staff and add efficiencies and value to work product.
